Photoshop Elements is a powerful photo editing software that is perfect for beginners and casual users. It offers a wide range of features that can be used to edit, organize, and share photos. However, there are some things that Photoshop Elements cannot do that Photoshop can.

Here are some of the things that Photoshop Elements cannot do:

Export files in CMYK format. CMYK is the color mode used for printing, and Photoshop Elements is not designed for print production work.
Use some of the more advanced editing tools, such as the Lasso, Magic wand, Magic eraser, Clone, Masking, and 3D text support. Elements has a simpler tool kit that is easier for beginners to use, but it is not as powerful as Photoshop's tool kit.
Work with layers beyond a certain number. Elements has a limit on the number of layers that can be used in a single file, which can be a problem for some users.
Create animations. Elements does not have the ability to create animations, which can be a disappointment for some users.
Adjust facial features. Elements does not have the ability to adjust facial features, such as eyes, lips, and nose.
Colorize photos. Elements does not have the ability to colorize black and white photos.
Duotone effect. Elements does not have the ability to create duotone images, which are images that are made up of two colors.
